The cage is everything the ad said. I am very pleased with the cage it is the kind I have been looking for. The squirrels do not eat all of my bird food up.

Love my new feeder! Had birds on it right away. Larger cardinals cannot stay on perches for long, however. Since I'm in Cardinal Nation, they're my favorite bird. My squirrel looked at it and probably said, "Nuts!" Overall, I'm pleased with the feeder.

    A: The manufacturer said that the feeders are not bird specific. The holes do look large enough for them though.
