We have used this feeder for a month now and are very happy with it. I especially love the fact that the feed openings have a fixed cover and the squirrels can not easily destroy it. If I were to change anything it would be the filler funnel system on the top. It would be easier to fill if all three tubes were open at once. I definietly would purchase another one.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I agree that this is a well designed, sturdy, even easy to wash out, design., With the 3 stacks we could attract a wider selection of birds than before --- and no squirrels!!!!

We hang it from an eve so a squirrel needs to get up on the roof, go down a flimsy rope, find a way to avoid sliding off the canopy, and then discover that there are only a couple of open spots to get at the food. They don't get that far.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
